Session planning can be time consuming work. With high caseloads and little paid planning time, pediatric OTs often have to plan sessions on their own time, at home, or “on the fly.” Weekly OT emails session plans to you every Friday to help save you time and focus more on what is most important, your clients! We help to support you in developing a better work life balance and gain valuable time back into your day!

Every week you will be sent the plans for a 30–50-minute session that includes:

  • Weekly Themes
  • Sensory activities
  • Fine motor/Visual motor activity
  • Writing Activity
  • Body awareness/postural stability activity
  • Mindfulness Activity
  • Tips for upgrading and downgrading each activity

Interventions are targeted for children at a developmental age of 5 to 12. They can be used in a variety of settings: school based, outpatient clinic, home care, teletherapy and more. Interventions are easily adapted by a skilled OT to address a variety of client needs to meet various goals.
